Computhink's document management system ViewWise provides organizations in warehousing/distribution businesses with an efficient and secure solution to manage their incoming and outgoing document records across the "order-to-cash" flow. Paper documents such as purchase orders, receivables, payables, invoices, and shipping records can all be scanned into ViewWise to create electronic documents. This allows you to eliminate manual searches through paper files or wait for a file to finish a previous process to view them. You can also incorporate your electronic documents such as those created in Microsoft Word, received by fax, e-mail, or those files outputted by your business applications into one secure repository. Your staff can have immediate access to complete transaction records.
