V3 is implemented utilizing V3 Systems' Rapid Implementation Methodology to ensure that our customer expectations are met. The Rapid Implementation Methodology is a proven, structured approach to implementing V3 in a very efficient and effective manner. The methodology may be extended or abbreviated in several ways depending on specific customer needs; however, it typically consists of 4 primary phases or steps. These steps are the Pre-Delivery Assessment, Software Configuration, Installation and Startup, and Post-Installation Optimization. The Rapid Implementation Methodology gives our customers the capability to install the V3 System in less than 60 days.

After V3 is implemented, customers are supported on V3 Systems' comprehensive Support & Maintenance Program. V3 Systems gives its customers 1-800, toll free telephone support. Customers interact with a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous technical support person over the telephone and typically have first call resolution on most incidents. All incidents are fully logged, tracked, and proactively monitored until resolution. V3 Systems also includes upgrades to new releases of V3 to Support & Maintenance customers. Annual enhancement surveys are also distributed via email so customers can formally share their opinion on new product enhancement and development.
