Unisource Worldwide Joins U.S. EPA SmartWay® Transport Partnership

Unisource Worldwide has met the requirements to be become part of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) SmartWay® Transport Partnership. SmartWay Transport is the EPA’s flagship program for improving fuel efficiency and reducing greenhouse gases and air pollution from the transportation supply chain.

Norcross, GA (PRWEB) - Unisource Worldwide announced today that its transportation fleet has met the requirements to be become part of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) SmartWay® Transport Partnership.

SmartWay Transport is the EPA’s flagship program for improving fuel efficiency and reducing greenhouse gases and air pollution from the transportation supply chain. SmartWay Transport is leading the way to greater fuel efficiency and lower emissions from the freight sector, while presenting a model of government and industry cooperation for public and private benefits.
