The Council Of Logistics Management Elects Officers For 2003-2004

Members of the Council of Logistics Management (CLM) elected officers for 2003-2004 during the Annual Business Meeting held at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois on Wednesday, September 24, 2003. Under the Council's bylaws, the First Vice President automatically succeeds to the presidency at the next annual meeting immediately following the meeting at which he/she was elected. Thus, the 2002-2003 First Vice President, Elijah Ray, Senior Vice President Customer Solutions, Standard Corporation, automatically became President. The 2002-2003 President, Thomas Speh, automatically became the Immediate Past President. Dr. Speh is Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Richard T. Farmer School of Business Administration at Miami University in Ohio.

Those officers elected to serve on the 2003-2004 Executive Committee include:

    Mary-Lou Quinto - Supply Chain Consultant
  • Secretary and Treasurer
    Rick D. Blasgen - Senior Vice President Integrated Logistics, ConAgra Foods, Inc.

Immediately after the election, Elijah Ray announced the appointment of the following chairs who will round out the 2003-2004 Executive Committee:
