Supply Chain Visions Selected To Develop Forward Presence Staffing Model For The Defense Logistics Agency

Supply Chain Visions, Inc., a thought leader in supply chain strategy and performance management, has been selected, as a subcontractor to Deloitte Consulting LLP, to provide technical and analytical support to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) for the development of an enterprise staffing model for forward presence personnel.

DLA has established new strategic objectives, which include "Extending the Enterprise," "Connect Warfighter Demand with Supply," and "Deliver Supply Chain Excellence." DLA employees, inventories and logistics capabilities will be located forward to capitalize on best value opportunities to improve warfighter readiness.
