Chatsworth Products, Inc. (CPI) completed a successful implementation of the HighJump Transportation Management system (TMS)1 in six weeks and saw the immediate benefits of automated carrier selection, elimination of manual spreadsheets and enhanced reporting capabilities.

Next, the team created a customized portal for use in the HighJump TMS to reduce the number of steps required to process each shipment from 21 to nine in their initial implementation and then further automated the process to only four steps.
