Radiant Logistics Announces Strategic Alliance Between Airgroup And Omni Air International

Radiant Logistics, Inc., recently announced its wholly owned subsidiary Airgroup Corporation ("Airgroup") entered into a strategic alliance with Omni Air International, Inc. ("Omni") that will allow Airgroup to provide international freight forwarding and logistics offering in support of the US Department of Defense as a participant in the Civil Reserve Air Fleet ("CRAF") cargo program.
