Perfect Commerce LLC proudly announces their recent acquisition of Supply Chain Connect (SCC), formally ChemConnect, a prominent supplier network provider, specializing in the direct materials purchasing needs of cable, chemical and manufacturing industries with robust inventory management functions. The combined networks provide customers with a larger supplier base, merging both direct and indirect spend in nearly every major industry.
SCC has been providing customers with a reliable supplier network for their direct product inventories since 1995. Perfect Commerce and SCC, two pillars of the SaaS and supply chain management community, will bring customers a unique experience in purchasing. Perfect Commerce’s legacy of delivering SaaS based eProcurement solutions and SCC’s experience in direct purchasing solutions provides the ultimate powerhouse for all mid-sized and large businesses to manage spend.

New functionalities being introduced to Perfect Commerce customers will include increased availability of direct materials suppliers through the Open Supplier Network as well as full inventory visibility. Suppliers can access customer’s minimum, maximum and target inventory amounts enabling automatic order refilling and minimization of purchase order submission.
