Modern Materials Handling Study Names Top Lift Truck Manufacturers

WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Modern Materials Handling (www.mmh.com), a leading trade publication for the manufacturing and distribution industry, announces its first ever "Lift Truck Customer Satisfaction Study," a comprehensive research project designed to gauge user satisfaction with the lift trucks (including forklifts) used in manufacturing, distribution and logistics facilities.

Modern's study, conducted in spring of 2008, will help lift truck manufacturers better understand the market's perception of their brands so they can more accurately target product and service improvements. The research is also intended to assist buyers with their purchase decisions.

The universe of respondents represents more than 1,300 materials handling professionals receiving Modern Materials Handling, Material Handling Product News and Logistics Management who evaluate, specify and purchase lift trucks in their manufacturing, distribution logistics facilities.
