Kalmbach Feeds Selects HighJump Software's Warehouse Management System

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HighJump Software, a global provider of supply chain execution solutions, announced that Kalmbach Feeds, a manufacturer and distributor of animal feeds and nutrition products, will implement the HighJump Warehouse Advantage-45 warehouse management system (WMS). The family-owned company will manage double-digit growth with the system's ability to generate critical efficiencies in fulfillment accuracy, inventory management and visibility to the flow of orders in its manufacturing and distribution operations. HighJump Software's structured "playbook" methodology and Warehouse Wizard will enable Kalmbach Feeds to speed implementation and drive rapid ROI in its Upper Sandusky, Ohio, facility.

Additionally, because it sells animal food products, Kalmbach will track lot numbers and utilize FIFO-based rotation to help ensure product freshness.
