- Shipment Tracking and Tracing to provide the real-time visibility needed to monitor and manage shipments down to the stock-keeping unit (SKU) level across the supply chain
- Alerting and Exception Management in order to proactively identify and respond to unplanned events
- Proof of Delivery validation
