JetBlue Fuels its Supply Management Processes with Procuri's Suite AMR Research's August 22, 2007 report, "Drive Revenue Growth with the Right Supply Management Software Deployment Model" by Mickey North Rizza and Ian Finley highlights JetBlue's success with Procuri TotalSource. The solution's fast deployment and immediate results gave Joe Gigliotti, supervisor of systems and strategy at JetBlue, the ability to get internal support for the entire Procuri suite.

"JetBlue utilizes the Procuri tool for its entire sourcing suite. The JetBlue team successfully rolled out the sourcing suite, driving home success with a quick implementation and immediate user adoption. In this age of lean airlines and slim profit margins, JetBlue focused on cutting costs quickly for immediate expense reduction and margin improvement, proving that a SaaS solution can bring tremendous value. With the sourcing team reporting to the CFO and 75 employees quickly adopting and using the system, JetBlue found immediate sourcing process improvements and savings that are making a significant difference to JetBlue's bottom line."

"The success AMR Research highlights sums up our feeling about supply management technology. We have been pleased with the deployment of TotalSource and look forward to receiving continued value in the entire Procuri suite," commented Gigliotti.
