DSC Logistics Names Ken Heller As Vice President, Supply Chain Excellence

DSC Logistics, one of the leading supply chain management company with a global network, has named Ken Heller as vice president, supply chain excellence. Heller brings previous experience at DSC in both customer solutions development and operations. In his new role, Heller is responsible for developing and implementing Best Practices for continual improvement, cost optimization and flawless execution across DSC operations.

Heller is providing management and thought leadership for DSC's engineering team and business process integration team, including start-up, to ensure the successful integration of DSC's customer's solutions into their business processes. He is also providing leadership to DSC's existing Labor Management initiative and resultant cost savings programs. Heller is a member of the Customer Leadership Team (CLT.)

Ken rejoins DSC from having served as vice president, client services with Arrowstream, Inc., a transportation optimization company based in Chicago. At Arrowstream he was responsible for business development, solutions development and implementation. Previously, Ken spent eleven years with DSC holding positions of increasing responsibility in both customer solutions and operations with his last position being vice president, new operations development. Prior to DSC, Ken worked for Kraft Foods where he began his career.

Ken received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University and his M.S. in Business Logistics from Penn State.
