Down To Earth Contact Management

Contact Management allows you to track and organize past, present, and future business with minimal entry time investment. Contact with potential or current customers and vendors is logged as activity from within the Contact Management application or directly from within other Down To Earth applications.

• Potential customers or vendors are established with the common Name/Address file for all of DTE
• Contact with potential or current customers can be logged as activity directly from DTE applications
• "Folders" allow for organization by subject within a contact master
• Optionally note a call beck entry and generate daily call back lists
• Requested literature packets are identified, produce a 'Fill list' and sent on their way efficiently
