ComServe Networks Selects Exact Software's Macola ES To Manage Business Processes Within Expanding Global Business

Exact Software, a leading developer of ERP and e-business software and a division of Exact Holding N.V., today announced that ComServe Networks, service providers for HP, eMachines, Gateway and others, selected Exact's Macola ES solution to unify their expanding business and streamline all global business processes.

ComServe's European division has been successfully leveraging Exact's ebusiness solutions for several years. With the recent acquisition of ComServe Networks-USA (CSN-USA) the organization determined that in order to improve financial reporting consistencies, all business units should operate in a single technology platform. While the prior business systems helped support the company's manufacturing needs, the software was too cumbersome to manage the evolving service side of the business. ComServe selected Macola ES because the company desired an easy-to-use, easy to integrate solution that would support collaboration across the entire value chain, including communication with customers, suppliers and partners, while also providing a view of relevant financial information.
