CMA CGM (America) LLC Announces Export Service Delivery Appointments

CMA CGM (America) LLC is pleased to congratulate Don Woods on his appointment to Director, Export Service Delivery. Don will be responsible for the day to day management of the Export Service Delivery group, which includes Bookings, Documentation Production, Documentation Support, Customer Service and Premiere Services. Don joined CMA CGM in 2004 as Import Customer Service Manager, and was instrumental in growing and developing the company's Import Customer Service department to its current level of excellence. Don is based in the Norfolk, Virginia office, and will report to Jeanne Wilson, Vice President, Export Service Delivery. Don graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor's degree in business management. Upon graduation, he immediately entered the shipping industry, and has worked in various roles for Strachan Shipping, Contship Containerlines, and P & O Nedlloyd.

The company is also pleased to announce the promotion of Michelle Ruby to Manager, Export Documentation Production. Michelle has been in the shipping industry for over 18 years, in various supervisory and management roles with Inchcape Shipping and P & O Nedlloyd. Michelle joined CMA CGM in February, 2006 and has been supervising the Transpacific Export Documentation team since early last year. With over 10 years of management experience, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her new role. Michelle will be responsible for Export Documentation Production, which includes the processing and releasing of bills of lading, corrections, vessel closings, and customs filings. Michelle will report to Don Woods, Director of Export Service Delivery.

The company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Spence as Manager, Export Documentation Support. Kevin will be responsible for auto-freighting, auditing and rating bills of lading, rate disputes, accounts receivable disputes, freight correctors, imaging & indexing, and calling for documents. Kevin received his Bachelor's degree from Christopher Newport University and his MBA from Thunderbird, the Gavin School of International Management. Kevin has spent several years in the shipping industry, his last position as Export Operations Director with Priority Worldwide Services in Baltimore, Maryland. Kevin joined CMA CGM in September, 2007 in Process Engineering, spending much of his time in an export capacity. Kevin's extensive education, management experience and process skills will be an asset to the Export group. Kevin will report to Don Woods, Director of Export Service Delivery.

CMA CGM (America) LLC is also please to announce that Carly Wiggs has been promoted to Export Documentation Supervisor. Carly earned her Bachelor's degree in business administration from James Madison University in May 2006. She joined CMA CGM that same year, and was promoted to Export Team Leader in May 2007. Carly will be responsible for Export Documentation for the Pearl River, Yang Tse and Seattle Bridge services. Carly will report to Michelle Ruby, Export Documentation Manager.
