Zopfi's presentation, "Practical Considerations for Evaluating the Benefits of a Low-Cost Country Sourcing Strategy," will be given at 10 a.m. in room W-181c. Attendees will gain a holistic and balanced understanding of the financial benefits, costs, and risks associated with low-cost country sourcing and learn about the need for a dynamic process to reassess past sourcing decisions and cost drivers to ensure that initial savings projections are still being realized.
