BluJay Solutions Announces Global Customer Awards Program

HOLLAND, MICH.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

BluJay Solutions, a leading provider of supply chain software and services powered by the world’s first Global Trade Network, today announced a call for nominations for its inaugural Soaring Performance Customer Awards. Judged by independent industry experts and members of BluJay’s leadership team, the new annual awards program will recognize customers worldwide who are innovating, affecting change, and achieving exceptional business results with BluJay’s supply chain solutions. The deadline for this year’s entries is April 17, 2017. Winners will be honored at the company’s SOAR 2017 customer conference in May.

All BluJay Solutions customers – retailers, distributors, freight forwarders, manufacturers, and logistics service providers – are invited to share their latest supply chain management successes. Nominations will be evaluated by an esteemed panel of experts, comprised of Adrian Gonzalez, President, Adelante SCM, and Founder and Host of Talking Logistics; Eric Johnson, Senior Director of Research and IT Editor, American Shipper; and Steve Banker, VP Supply Chain Services, ARC Advisory Group; as well as BluJay Solutions’ CEO Doug Braun and Chief Product Strategist Doug Surrett. Winners will be selected in the following four categories:

  • The End Customer Experience
  • Cost, Service and/or Product Improvement
  • Global Trade Network Collaboration
  • Most Inspired Application of Technology Solution

“Our customers are extraordinary innovators, teachers, and change agents who inspire us every day,” said Doug Braun, CEO, BluJay Solutions. “With the BluJay Global Trade Network and software as a springboard, our customers are taking their supply chain to new heights. The Soaring Performance Customer Awards program gives us an opportunity to honor them for their notable business achievements and the role they are playing in advancing the industry.”

The Soaring Performance Customer Awards will be an integral part of BluJay’s SOAR 2017 conference, being held May 1-3 at the Loews Chicago Downtown in Chicago, Illinois. SOAR 2017 will deliver an impressive line-up of distinguished experts and inspirational speakers, including two-time Olympic Gold Medalist and FIFA Women's World Cup Soccer Champion, Mia Hamm. Attendees will gain market insights and practical advice for how they can shift the supply chain from a cost center to a strategic, competitive asset. Customers will also present alongside BluJay product experts, providing examples of how they are leveraging their solutions.

BluJay is accepting award nominations now through April 17, 2017. Winners will be celebrated on May 2 at SOAR 2017 during an evening of entertainment at Chicago’s famed Navy Pier, starring Jon Dorenbos, two-time NFL Pro Bowler and America’s Got Talent finalist, who is also known as the NFL’s “Magic Man.” Dorenbos will conduct awards-show-style interviews with each winner at the event.
