TAKE Supply Chain Adds Predictive Analytics Tools To OneSCM® Supply Chain Orchestration Platform

Manufacturers will be able to garner benefits of advanced analytics with innovative predictive modeling

Austin, TX (PRWEB) - TAKE Supply Chain (TSC) announced that it is now offering easy-to-use Predictive Analytic capabilities with a focus on supply chain performance, quality and cost savings measures through its OneSCM® Supply Chain Orchestration platform.

OneSCM aggregates currently available data from all ERP, WMS, TMS and back-office systems used by manufacturers and their trading partners to facilitate a manage-by-exception workflow. The new Predictive Analytics capability will now enable organizations to fully leverage that data to drive greater savings throughout their entire supply chain, without having to employ a large team of data scientists or invest in extensive IT system overhauls.

“As Simon Ellis at research firm IDC has noted, most organizations are not able to keep up with the abundance of supply chain data available today. They also struggle to aggregate data, which makes it difficult to mine and analyze, much less discern trends,” per Steve Rice, vice president, TAKE Supply Chain. “Our new OneSCM Predictive Analytics capabilities will enable organizations to gain deeper insight into their supply chain operations so that they can extract more value and meaning from the abundant amount of data across their supply chain ecosystem.”

Customers currently using any of the OneSCM Demand Planning, Supplier Forecast Collaboration, eSourcing, Procurement Collaboration, Shipment Collaboration, or AP Automation modules will now have access to a large library of Predictive Analytics capabilities that are easy to utilize by those not typically skilled in complex analytic modeling. This will empower planners, business advisors, and others tasked with predicting future supply chain events to mine data and create advanced statistical algorithms on their own, based on their business requirements, with minimal involvement from IT.

Customers who need assistance onboarding the new OneSCM Predictive Analytics capabilities due to limited IT resources can leverage the functional and technical support services offered by the TAKE Forward team. This will minimize work disruption and accelerate time-to-value for organizations’ investment. The experienced TAKE Forward staff can also manage the various data trend analyses for customers to help predict future events and decision outcomes relevant to their line of business.
