Lynden International Promotes Parmer To District Manager In Houston

Seattle, WA /PRNewswire/ - Lynden International, a full-service freight forwarding and logistics company, promoted Megan Parmer to District Manager of the Houston Service Center April 1. Parmer was previously a District Sales Manager and Account Executive for the company. She will guide Lynden's sales efforts in the oil and gas business in Houstonand oversee the sales team in the Southwest market.

Prior to joining Lynden, Parmer worked for AM Worldwide and Sterling Logistics Group. She is a board member on the Council of Supply Chain Management (CSCMP) Houston Roundtable and a member of the Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT-Houston). Megan also participates in the Transportation Club of Houston and World Affairs Council. In addition she is an active committee member for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo-Wine Events.
