Lacoste Selects Manhattan Associates To Power Omni-Channel Retail Operation

Order Management Solution selected for industry-leading omni-channel capabilities

Supply Chain Commerce Solutions provider Manhattan Associates, Inc., recently announced that Lacoste, the global fashion brand, has selected Manhattan Associates’ Enterprise Order Management solution to orchestrate its omni-channel retail operations and facilitate the company’s continued growth. With Manhattan’s technology, Lacoste will be able to deliver a consistent brand and unified shopping experience to its customers. The technology will provide Lacoste Customer Service Representatives – initially in the Call Center – with a single view of customer transactions and network wide inventory, whilst giving shoppers control of when, where and how they receive goods.

Lacoste will initially deploy Enterprise Order Management in the U.S. and plans to expand the deployment globally to support the company’s omni-channel retail operations throughout Europe and Asia also.
