The Kewill team adopted a collaborative approach to the project, working closely with Clover Group's Venezuela and Miami-based project teams to understand their business requirements and define and map all necessary processes to the capabilities of the Kewill MOVE platform. The result is a single solution covering the entire order-to-invoice process including the Kewill Control Tower and Dashboards solutions that will provide Clover Group with real-time analytics covering critical KPI's for all areas of the business, but with drill-down and reporting capabilities that will enable detailed analysis of critical business metrics.
