RokkSoft Launches Agent Partner Program For ERP SaaS Offerings

RokkSoft Solutions Corp, provider of DecisionBuilder ERP SaaS applications for manufacturers, has launched a new partner program for Agent Partners who want to provide their clients with access to cost-effective business enhancement SaaS applications.

The program provides two different Partner Levels – Referral Agents and Reseller Agents.

RokkSoft Referral Agents refer end-user client companies to utilize the power of Software-as-a-Service applications to drive customer loyalty, increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve efficiencies. Referral Agents are typically Business, Management or Marketing Consultants, Accountants, Financial Advisors, Professional Services Providers, or Maintenance Organizations.

The Referral Agent simply connects RokkSoft and the prospective client. RokkSoft then manages the application demonstration, selling process, client agreement, on-boarding and training of the users, and ongoing support. RokkSoft will provide the Referral Agent with compensation based on the first year revenue from the client.

A Reseller Agent is a partner who refers end-user client companies to RokkSoft to utilize the power of Software-as-a-Service applications but also wishes to maintain ongoing sales support relationship with the client. Reseller Agents are typically Value Added Resellers (VARs), Solution Providers, IT Consultants, or Telecom Consultants.

The Reseller Agent works with RokkSoft to manage the selling process and client agreement. RokkSoft delivers the application demonstration, on-boarding and training of the users, and ongoing support. RokkSoft will provide the Reseller Agent with compensation on the monthly Per Company License Fee and monthly Per Active User Fee for the duration of the client agreement.
