Inovis recently announced that Active On-Demand, a provider of on-demand transportation management services, has selected Inovis to automate the delivery of electronic invoices and shipment notices across its customer base of carriers and shippers.

Active On-Demand's APT is an Internet-based transportation management system (TMS) that saves customers 20-45% in unscheduled transportation costs. In its third year as a software-as-a-service (SaaS), APT connects commercial shippers with hand-delivered couriers, ground express truckers and dedicated air charters, matching requests to quotes within minutes and managing the end-to-end shipment process.

Together, Active On-Demand and Inovis fast-tracked an implementation project engagement that was measured in just a few weeks.
